Our designers lay out every room with furnishings so that the building team is able to accommodate critical elements such as windows, walls and fireplaces.
Having trouble seeing what it will look like? Merlin Family Homes provides drawings that illustrate overhead, head-on and perspective details of every room, with sample boards with materials and photographs so you see colour, texture and impact. We also suggest special features for that extra touch of decadence. The smallest but finest of detailing can turn a great room into a fabulous, customized space suited to your family.
