How We Work

Merlin Family Homes works in three ways:

  1. Merlin Family Homes will buy a lot, design and build a family home to sell; See Homes for Sale.
  2. You already have a lot, or Merlin Family Homes will help you find one. Our team then designs and builds a fully customized home to your tastes either from the ground up or by renovating an existing house; or
  3. Clients or architects approach Merlin Family Homes with their own custom plans and ask for a quote on construction.

Merlin Family Homes is dedicated to making the whole package easier by talking at length about what you want in a home, and breaking away from the expected in order to build a truly customized home that works for your family.
